THE FOLLOWING ARE OFFICIAL COMMITMENTS THAT PREVAIL BETWEEN BETWEEN A SERVICE PROVIDER AND A TEACHER.

1. You understand that HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW is a tutoring Website and will facilitate home tuition, school teacher, coaching institute teacher, yoga and meditation teacher, music teacher and other tutoring jobs through its platform and other resources as per your interest and expertise.

2. The registration is free but 199 Rupees is charged for verification in case of home tutors/hobby tutors/part time teaching jobs only. No verification fees is charged for Teachers applying for Full Time Teaching Jobs in School and Colleges. If you are not offered any tuition for trail in next 60 days, you can take back your registration amount.

3. You authorise HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW to collect payment for first month on your behalf in consideration of the home tuition delivered. You are not allowed to collect money from parents for the first month of running tuition after successful trail classes. You agree that all the tax liability for this payment is mine. You understand and agree that HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW will deduct its commission (plus applicable taxes, if any) from the payment received.

4. Additionally, for tutors seeking more opportunities, HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW offers the option to get maximum three leads for a fee of 500 Rupees. These leads can further enhance your chances of securing tutoring assignments beyond those provided through the standard registration process.

5. Please note that the fees for purchasing leads or availing offers through company representatives are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, it is considered as a final transaction, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Offers and discounts may also be extended to tutors through personalized consultations with a company representative. These offers could include reduced fees, promotional opportunities, or other incentives aimed at enhancing your tutoring experience with HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW.

3.1 Home Tuition? 50% of first month.

3.2 Home Tuition requested for fixed duration , less than or equal to 2 months- 25% of first month.

3.3 Home Tuition? 50% of first month.

3.4 Coaching Jobs- 50% of the First Month.

4. You are ready to give one day free trial at client?s place. After one day trail the company will inform you whether to continue the tuition or not.

5. You need to carry one of your ID proof(PAN card not accepted) during the trail class.

6. At the End of first Month, You will receive remaining 50% from Client.

7. Parent detail, number of classes per month, hours and fees, will be mentioned in text message or Application software by company authorities. You may receive information proprietary to HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW. You understand and agree that confidential information so received will only be used by you for the benefit of HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW and for the purpose of providing tutoring.

8. The Payment will be done on the basis of number of classes taken at the end of month. From the second month.

9. You can collect payment from Parent at the end of second month and continue collecting money until you deliver tutoring service at client place. In case you want to discontinue the tuition, you will have to inform the company one week before closing the tuition.

10. You are not allowed to leave the tuition in exam period of student.

11. In case of long leaves you can tell company so that company can arrange a new tutor at your place (if needed).

12. You will always be paid for number of classes you have conducted at student?s place except trail classes. The company will take guarantee of that payment for first month.

13. You understand and agree that the relationship between HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.

14. You understand that the final decision to choose a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone.

15. You understand and agree that you will teach the student if and only if at least one parent is present in the house. Company will not be responsible for any casualty/accident or damage happens at Student?s Place.

16. We believe that all documents and details submitted by you to HOME TUTOR LUCKNOW belong to you and are true. You allow us to share your documents and details to client if needed for cross verification or any legal proceedings.
